We offer a bespoke service for all our oak construction projects. From concept to completion, our complete package approach will ensure that both our requirements are met. From design and planning to final completion and handover, we take care of all the project elements and provide you with a completely finished oak build, whether this be an oak extension or new oak garden room.
Each and every structure that we complete is given our full and undivided attention, so you can rest assured that all the traditional handcrafted construction we undertake for you will be of the very highest quality.
The first step is to arrange for a free, initial site meeting with us. At this visit, we will discuss your ideas and determine the details of your site and the project parameters. We will then draw up a concept design for your consideration. This may be freely amended, at no cost to you, until your all requirements are met.

Our Process
From our initial free site consultation, we will draw up a draft project design for your input. You may freely change this design at no cost until it meets your exact requirements. At this stage, we will then provide a full specification and fixed price quotation for your build.
As soon as we receive your Order, we will undertake any required planning application/listed building consent that may be required for your build.
Once any planning/listed building consent (where required) is granted you will pay your initial deposit and work can begin. There is no need for you to worry about dealing with a host of different subcontractors as we take care of everything, making sure through the entire process that we provide a smooth and efficient service.
As your build progresses, further stage payments will be required as detailed in your quotation. Your final payment being due on final completion/handover of your build.
